- MMA Winter Conference for Taylor Tucker on January 11-12, 2017, at Jackson Hilton,

- Request by Johnny Roy Haynes to attend Mid-Fire Chiefs Winter Conference, January 11-13 in Ridgeland, registration and travel allowance
- Acknowledge MS Forestry Commission Fire Grant of $4,487.54 and authorize Fire Chief to proceed with equipment purchases
