B. Airport business:
1. Approve payment on the Airport Terminal Building Project 2013 AIP Grant upon the receipt of FAA funds to Kemp Associates for $633.03
2. Approve payment for retainage of $2,671.72 and Acknowledge overpayment to Davidson Hauling and reimbursement to the city for $
3. Acknowledge receipt of additional MDOT Grant for the terminal building
4. Approve invoices on the Airport Main Ramp Addition 2014 AIP Grant upon receipt of FAA funds to Clearwater Consultants for $9,525.33 and to Davidson Hauling for $89,302.73
C. Per Sample and Associates, give notice of request for proposals for qualified administrators and for qualified engineers for the proposed 2015 Appalachian Regional Commission pre- applications and full applications for any approved grants
D. Authorize payment to Pryor and Morrow for $240,000 for design development of Plywood Plant
E. Discuss purchase of trailer for Plywood Plant Office
F. Authorize the Mayor to give notice of multiple bids for the Plywood Plant
G. Authorize payment to Broaddus and Associates $
H. Hazard Mitigation: set hearing and give notice of hearing on Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan. We have adopted the plan, but should have a public hearing per new guidelines.
I. Give notice for application for Firefighter
J. Authorize Johnny Roy Haynes to attend Minimum Standards Board meeting in January
K. Acknowledge the Christmas Holiday schedule to close at 12 noon on December 24, and to be closed on December 25 and 26, and be closed on January 1 for New Years’
L. Request for Taylor Tucker to attend the Municipal Attorneys Training on January 29,2015, registration $150.00
M. Payment to Mississippi Municipal Attorney’s Association for $25.00 for membership fees
