C. Authorize the Mayor to sign cash request of $4,000 ($3,000 from MDA/CDBG and $1,000 from TVA) for the Louisville Railcar Repair project, and upon the same order make payment of $4,000 to Sample and Associates, Inc.

D. Winston Plywood bids and recommendations- handout Tuesday

F. Alternate Projects: appointment a three person committee to select the Architects & Engineering Firm for Streets, Cemetery, Recreation projects

3. Police Department: Greg Clark and Donnie Graham to attend Leads Online Training in Starkville on August 3, no cost to city

4. Police Department: Tonya McWhirter to attend the North Carolina DARE Convention, August 23-September 4, no cost to city
