    2. Discuss city street names and corrections
    3. Airport business:
      1. Pay Winston County Airport Board $7,500 for annual fee  001-201-638
      2. Reimburse Winston County Airport Board $30,301.59 from Multi-Modal Grant receipt for payments made on Airport Project 001-201-640
      3. Authorize payment of $2,106.00 to Kemp Associates LLC upon receipt of Airport Grant Funds  001-201-640
      4. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Grant agreement for Project 3-28-0043-013-2013 to construct terminal building, install perimeter fencing (electronic gate), and improve the access road with a grant amount of $660,542.00
    4. Per Sample & Associates, adopt a Resolution authorizing Louisville Utilities to administer the ARC Water Improvements Grant and authorize Bubba Hudspeth or Wilson Webb to sign all documents
    5. Accept bid  for surplus property located at 532 North Street-enclosed

    10. Fire Department:  Request for Detrick Sanders to attend Child Safety Upgrade, Biloxi, September 5, $100.00 room, $31.00 meals, free registration
    11. Fire Department:  Acknowledge donation of 5 ton Brush Fire Truck from Louisville Fire Association through the Federal Donation Program with the Mississippi Forestry Commission, and add to fixed asset list
    12. Approve payment to Clyde C. Scott Insurance for $750.00 for Mayor and Aldermen bond insurance ( MS Municipal Service Co. will reimburse us for the Aldermen part $650.00) 001-093-626
    13. Declare as surplus and give notice of sale of 1995 GMC Yukon and 1996 Ford Explorer (both were acquired through drug forfeiture)
    14. Police Department: Request for Ronnie Graham, Vernon Eichelberger, and Ed Hunt to attend the RCTA class in Meridian on August 29-30, “Documenting the Use of Force”, no cost for the training
    15. Police Department:  Request for Tonya McWhirter to attend the “Human Trafficking” Class on August 26-28 at MLEOTA in Pearl, no cost for training
    16. Police Department:  Request for Tonya McWhirter to attend the “Investigating Child Abuse” Class, August 21, in Jackson, no cost for training
    17. Police Department: Request for Charles Rook to attend the Chaplain Training Program at Blue Mountain on September 26, October 24, and November 21, no cost except travel in city car
