- Reimburse Winston County Airport Board $30,301.59 from Multi-Modal Grant receipt for payments made on Airport Project 001-201-640
- Authorize payment of $2,106.00 to Kemp Associates LLC upon receipt of Airport Grant Funds 001-201-640
- Authorize the Mayor to execute the Grant agreement for Project 3-28-0043-013-2013 to construct terminal building, install perimeter fencing (electronic gate), and improve the access road with a grant amount of $660,542.00

- Approve payment to Clyde C. Scott Insurance for $750.00 for Mayor and Aldermen bond insurance ( MS Municipal Service Co. will reimburse us for the Aldermen part $650.00) 001-093-626
- Declare as surplus and give notice of sale of 1995 GMC Yukon and 1996 Ford Explorer (both were acquired through drug forfeiture)
- Police Department: Request for Ronnie Graham, Vernon Eichelberger, and Ed Hunt to attend the RCTA class in Meridian on August 29-30, “Documenting the Use of Force”, no cost for the training
