    4. Airport Business:  authorize the Mayor to sign an amendment to the MDOT Multimodal Grant for improvements to the hangar area apron, increasing the grant from $122,785 to $125,800.

    11. Fire Training- Robert Hutto to attend training in Oxford on Oct. 5-6, $125 registration plus meals, mileage & lodging
    12. Fire Training- Detrick Sanders to attend Confined Space Rescue, at Fire Academy, meals and lodging
    13. NRCS grant-authorize Mayor to proceed with project
    14. ARC Grant for Louisville Utilities- authorize the Mayor to sign documents as needed and designate Wilson Webb as the administrator of the grant
    15. Authorize payment to GTPDD for $12,500.00 for Louisville Comprehensive Plan / EDA grant
    16. Authorize payment of $390.00 for At Home Magazine for economic development & marketing
    17. Request by Historic Preservation Board for authority to apply for grant from MDAH to improve the Girl Scout Hut and request $2,000 match from the city
    18. Discuss historic marker for center point of Louisville, original wagon spindle location
    19. Authorize payment to MS Municipal Workers Compensation Company for $79,329.00 in three installments of $26,972.00 for 2016-2017
    20. Approve the Budget for 2016-2017
