    2. Approve and ratify existing contracts
    3. Authorize payment of Docket of Claims # 21656-21823 for  $113,703.75   -enclosed
    4. Unclean Property: hearing for property at 318/16800 East Main Street owned by Hubert Neil Tomlinson Estate, parcel #151283402 1300200
    5. Unclean Property:  adopt a resolution adjudicating $200.00 for clipping grass to certain unclean property located at 501 Metts Street, owned by Dachelle Murphy
    6. Capital and Recovery Projects-
      1. PW 104-2 Streets and Drainage Project- authorize payment to Falcon Contracting for $628,785.90

    1. Winston Plywood tax exemption
    2. Payment to Century Construction Inc. for landfill project
    3. Authorize removal of 3-way stop sign at Railroad Avenue and Vance Street after paving and street is reopened
    4. Authorize travel allowance for Richard Caperton to attend MML Awards luncheon
    5. Set budget hearing for Tuesday, August 1 at 5:00 and authorize notice for hearing
    6. Authorize notices for 2014 Tax Maturities and 2016 Delinquent Tax
    7. Accept resignation of Jeff Franks as Firefighter effective July 15
    8. Authorize hiring new firefighter-enclosed
    9. Notice of two appointments to Historic Preservation Board- David E. Bane, Jr.’s and Victoria Goss’ term ends 8-1-17
    10. Acknowledge completion of Administrative Assistant Conference by Leslie Loving
    11. Acknowledge Town & Country donation to Penny Pines Program in memory of victims of the 2014 tornado in Louisville
