Notice is hereby given to all parties in interest or affected thereby of a public hearing to be held by the Zoning and Planning Board of the City of Louisville, Mississippi, relating to the request of R&D Properties, LLC to rezone from R-1 Single-Family Residential purposes to B-2 Commercial District purposes property located in the City of Louisville, County of Winston, State of Mississippi, having a street address of 15636 West Main Street, Louisville, Mississippi, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
