    4. Approve payments to the following for Airport Project to be paid when Airport Grant funds are received:
      1. Clearwater Consultants (engineering)   $30,721.37
      2. Davidson Hauling   $148,364.59
      3. Kemp Associates   $9,419.34
      4. Robert McCully   (aviation and timber rights)   $22,000.00
      5. Louisville Winston Airport Board   Total for the list below  $35,684.95
          1. For access road and getting utilities to the terminal building  $24,371.95
          2. Russell Cobb  (stump grinding & top soil)   $1,313.00
          3. Lumber Jack Tree Service  (tree removal)  $10,000.00
    5. Accept bids on two surplus vehicles (wrecked)- enclosed

    8. Landfill-Any residential vegetative debris will not be charged by the Louisville/Winston Landfill

    10. Request for Chief L.M. Claiborne to attend the MACP Police Conference on Dec. 9-12 in Oxford,  registration $325, plus lodging and meals
