      1. Authorize the Mayor to sign the Request for Cash $88,362.35 from MDA
      2. Authorize payments to Calvert-Spradling Engineers for $1,800.00 from city funds which will be reimbursed by WCEDP
      3. Authorize payment to Burton Construction Inc. for $88,362.35 from RIF funds
    3. PW104-6  Traffic Signals: give notice for Request for Bids
