After lengthy negotiations that took as much as two years and litigation issues that extended into the distant past, the owners of Jake’s Recycling and the City of Louisville have reached an agreement that will move the salvage/recycling yard from its present location along Railroad Avenue between Cagle Street and Vance Street to a 132 acre tract in the County along Firetower Road. This location is northwest of Louisville near the Highway 25 and Highway 15 intersection.
