    3. Winston Plywood Electrical #3-  Authorize the Mayor to sign the pay request for CDBG Funds and upon same order authorize the payment (when the money is received) to Irby Electrical for $430,393.00 for low voltage switchboards

    5. Accept low quote of $7.00 epr cubic yard from McDevitt Enterprise, LLC for furnishing, hauling and spreading approximately 100 trailer loads of select fill dirt to Transload site, and upon the same order, authorize payment upon completion of the project
    6. Payment for Docket of Claims # 15705-15900 for $145,284.89 for September invoices
    7. Declare an Erroneous Tax Sale on parcel 80-151283301 0600100, owned by Willie L. Loving Etux Dorothea, property was tax exempt  
    8. Change regular meeting time from December 1 meeting to December 8
    9. Request for Mayor to attend Washington, D.C. economic development trip, October 21-23
