    3. Buddy King:  Resolution for Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan-enclosed
    4. Set hearing to determine if certain property is unclean or unsafe, which is located at 124 Armstrong Street, owned by Flora Edwards,
    5. Approve payment to Calvert Spradling Engineers for $9,156.25 for professional services on proposed  Edwards Street project
    6. Approve payment to The Policy Center for $34,815.00 for annual insurance premium
    7. Authorize contract with MS Bureau of Narcotics for Barry McWhirter- enclosed
    8. Acknowledge new court fines pay schedule- enclosed
    9. Acknowledge new pay schedule for Landfill Trust accounts-enclosed
    10. Appointment of Utility Board:  James R. Wilson’s five year term expired June 30, 2014
