    1. Winston Plywood invoices
    2. Winston Plywood recommendations
    3. CDBG & ARC grants for Winston Plywood Equipment Foundation & Support project :
      1. Authorize the Mayor to sign the request for cash from TVA for $291,322.52
      2. Upon receipt of funds, authorize payments to Century Construction for $267,392.22 for application 1 & 2, and payment to Sample Hicks & Associates for $10,400.00
    4. CDBG & ARC projects for 2016 and 2017 including Louisville Utility projects
      1. Authorize the notice for request for proposals for administrative services and for engineering services
      2. Appoint a committee to rate said proposals
    5. Authorize payment for dues to North MS Mayors Association $300.00, and free training in Louisville for Mayor Will Hill
    6. Authorize notice of employment of Police Officer
    7. Discussion of zoning appeal- set hearing date and give notice of hearing
    8. Discuss Landfill and cost of tire disposal
    9. Handout- suggestions from concerned citizen, discussed at Department Head meeting 3-11-16
    10. Executive Session- possible litigation
