Site Utilities:

·         Continued installing pipe bollards at corners of building

·         Placed concrete in treads on stairs at lathe access areas

Northeast Corner – Log Ramp Construction Area:

·         Finished grading and cleanup in northeast corner for log handling equipment to deliver logs to tree-length ramp

·         Installed guard rails on infeed ramp to tree-length log deck

Hog, Glue Room, and Chipper Deck:

·         Continued installing piping and valves at glue makeup and storage area

·         Continued installing and refurbishing equipment on chipper deck

Low Voltage Electrical:

·         Continued installing conduit and wiring to breakroom / restrooms / offices at mezzanine area and shipping office

·         Continued installing fire alarm system on metal wall at mezzanine and maintenance shop area

Log Pre-Conditioning Vaults:

·         Began cleaning holding pit for vault water

·         Continued final cleaning inside vaults

Plant Build-Out:

·         Continued installing bathroom fixtures in east-side restrooms

·         Continued running ductwork and installed grills in mezzanine area

·         Completed installing sheeting on stud walls at mezzanine area and continued installing sheeting in maintenance shop, boiler room, and air compressor room

·         Continued installing ceiling grid in west-side restrooms

·         Installed partial roof joists in west-side lunch room

·         Installed access stairs to mezzanine area (handrails remain to be installed)

·         Installed sheetrock in offices on upper floor at mezzanine and began tape & float

·         Installed fence around storage area on upper floor at mezzanine

·         Began installing toilet fixtures on west-side restrooms

·         Began installing wall tile in west-side restrooms

Plant Piping:

·         Completed installing insulation on piping in boiler room at HPR and DA tank

·         Continued checkout and commissioning on air compressors and air dryers

·         Continued fabrication of piping to cross the truss across north roadway (piping to vaults)

·         Continued installing piping from dryer wash-water pit to vaults

Fire Suppression:

·         Continued installing hose reels at building columns

·         Continued installing sprinkler heads in automatic systems throughout the plant

·         Installed sprinkler piping around step feeder structure at No. 1 Lathe

Site Paving:

·         Continued excavation, backfill, and compaction of material in area north of Building 5 and west of Log Conditioning Vaults for paving

·         Continued grading for paving around east side of log infeed deck to debarker

RTO Rebuild:

·         Continued refurbishing RTO duct and equipment

·         Continued installing insulation on RTO duct

·         Installed access stairs to RTO duct platform

·         Completed fabrication and weld-out on transition duct from RTO ID fan to RTO stack

·         Continued installing conduit and power to RTO duct controls and devices

East Side & West Side Residuals:

·         Continued fabricating and installing by –products handling conveyors and equipment (East Side)

·         Continued pulling wiring to by-products conveyors and equipment (East Side)

·         Continued installing plating and chutework at transitions between conveyors (East Side)

·         Continued fabricating and installing guards for conveyor drive units

·         Continued installing foundations on West-Side Residuals

Winston Plywood & Veneer:

·         Continued installing hydraulic components for cylinders on vault doors

·         Modified foundations for vault water circulation pumps

·         Received two vault water circulation pumps

·         Ran additional logs through debarker and cut-up system, and kicked blocks out into log pocket

·         Continued refurbishing and installing Lathes No. 1 & 2 and related equipment (continued focus on east lathe line)

·         Continued installing equipment at both clippers, green stackers, and pull chains (continued focus on east lathe line)

·         Continued checkout on No. 2 lathe line equipment (clipper & stackers)

·         Ran first blocks through Lathe No. 2

·         Continued refurbishing chippers and conveyors for green-end by products (on chipper deck)

·         Continued electrical installation at Green-End equipment (conduit and power wiring)

·         Continued electrical checkout on Log Pro equipment

·         Relocated 2 cut-up saw frames

·         Continued installing piping from glue room to lay-up line equipment

·         Continued installing trash conveyor for lay-up line to hog room

·         Continued details on installation of Dryer No. 1, 2, & 3 infeed and outfeed sections

·         Continued installing electrical power to No. 1, 2, & 3 dryer components

·         Began testing dryer infeed systems and main dryer chains and rolls in No. 1 & 2 dryers

·         Continued installing glue lay-up line mechanical and electrical equipment
