Foundations:

·         Continued making repairs to old floor slab (at west side of No. 2 lathe line pull chain)

Site Utilities:

·         Completed installing pipe bollards at corners of building

·         Continued placing concrete in treads on stairs at lathe access areas

Northeast Corner – Log Ramp Construction Area:

·         Completed installing guard rails on infeed ramp to tree-length log deck

Hog, Glue Room, and Chipper Deck:

·         Continued installing piping and valves at glue makeup and storage area

·         Continued installing and refurbishing equipment on chipper deck

·         Installed emergency eye wash station at glue room and caustic unloading area

Low Voltage Electrical:

·         Continued installing conduit and wiring to breakroom / restrooms / offices at mezzanine area and shipping office

·         Continued installing fire alarm system on metal wall at mezzanine and maintenance shop area

·         Completed electrical connection to 5-ton overhead crane at lathe deck

Log Pre-Conditioning Vaults:

·         Completed cleaning holding pit for vault water

·         Completed final cleaning inside vaults

·         Began placing plywood blocks inside vaults

·         Continued installing pumps and piping on vault hot-water system (WPV/BMI)

Plant Build-Out:

·         Completed installing bathroom fixtures in east-side restrooms

·         Continued installing bathroom fixtures in west-side restrooms

·         Continued running ductwork and installed grills in mezzanine area

·         Continued installing sheeting in maintenance shop, boiler room, and air compressor room

·         Completed installing ceiling grid in west-side restrooms

·         Continued installing roof joists in west-side lunch room

·         Completed installing tile in west-side restrooms (walls and floor)

·         Completed installing stairs and handrails to upper floor access on west side of mezzanine

·         Completed installing fence around storage area on upper floor at mezzanine

Site Paving:

·         Continued excavation, backfill, and compaction of material in area north of Building 5 and west of Log Conditioning Vaults for paving

·         Completed grading for paving around east side of log infeed deck to debarker

·         Began excavation and placement of stone for paving between vaults and log infeed deck

RTO Rebuild:

·         Continued installing insulation on RTO duct (Completed north-side duct and began installing on south-side duct)

·         Continued installing conduit and power to RTO duct controls and devices

East Side & West Side Residuals:

·         Continued fabricating and installing guards for conveyor drive units

·         Continued installing ductwork and truck bins on west-side residuals

Winston Plywood & Veneer:

·         Continued installing hydraulic components for cylinders on vault doors

·         Installed and piped in vault water circulation pumps

·         Continued running logs through debarker and cut-up system, and kicked blocks out into log pockets

·         Began placing logs in vaults

·         Continued checkout and peeling cold logs on Lathe No. 2

·         Continued checkout on No. 2 lathe line equipment (clipper & stackers)

·         Continued refurbishing chippers and conveyors for green-end by products (on chipper deck)

·         Continued electrical installation at Green-End equipment (conduit and power wiring)

·         Continued electrical checkout on Log Pro equipment

·         Continued relocation of saw frames on cut-up system

·         Continued installing piping from glue room to lay-up line equipment

·         Continued installing trash conveyor for lay-up line to hog room

·         Continued details on installation of Dryer No. 1 & 2 infeed and outfeed sections

·         Continued testing dryer infeed systems and main dryer chains and rolls in No. 1 & 2 dryers

·         Continued installing glue lay-up line mechanical and electrical equipment

·         Continued details on installing trim-saw equipment

·         Continued construction of decks to core kickout pockets

·         Continued refurbishing core kickout pockets

·         Continued fabrication of infeed deck to No. 2 Lathe step-feeder and began installing infeed system to No. 1 Lathe step-feeder
