    1. Appointment to Winston County Economic Development Partnership, Terry Reynolds’ 3 year appointment September 30, 2013 through September 2016
    2. Final Resolution Granting Polo Custom Products a Five Year Tax Exemption on personal property with a true value of $7,030.00  
    3. Authorize Docket of Claims # 8635-8815  for $ 126,776.96
    4. Authorize payment to Golden Triangle Planning and Development for $62,500.00 for the E911 Mapping Project upon the receipt of $50,000 ARC grant funds plus $25,000 City of Louisville funds transferred as budgeted
    5. Authorize payment to MS Municipal Workers Compensation for first installment of  $22,980.00 for a total of $67,588.00 for the annual workers compensation payment for 2013-2014
    6. Authorize payment of $1,412.02 to Carrot Top Industries for bypass banners and acknowledge receipt of $1,412.02 from Winston Co. Community Development for reimbursement on banners
    7. Upon receipt of payment of $6,402.55 from Natron / Dunnollie Resources, Authorize payment of $6,402.55 to IPFS Corporation for monthly insurance premium on buildings
    8. Accept low proposal from Waste Pro for the purpose of collecting residential and small business solid waste.  Other bid received from Waste Management – see enclosure
    9.  Transfer $25,000 from Solid Waste Fund to Landfill Fund as budgeted for Pro Rata Share
    10.  Authorize E911 Fall Training Seminar for Vera McCarty, Kayla Rogers and Patricia Dempsey to attend October 13-16 in Tunica,  all expenses reimbursable
    11.  Authorize Jody Fulton to attend the MACE Education Conference in Brandon on October 17-18, $50 registration fee only
    12. Discussion on Parks and Recreation part-time employment for events, etc.
    13. Adopt Resolution fixing  2013 Tax Levy and give authority to publish the tax levy-  enclosure
    14. Adopt 2013-2014 Budget – enclosure
    15. Adopt Agreement with the School to Collect Taxes
    16. Adopt Agreement with the County to Collect School taxes
    17. Adopt Agreement with the County to Collect Mobile Home and Motor Vehicle Taxes
ADDITIONS TO AGENDA  9-3-13
  1. AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN CONTRACT WITH ARC FOR LOUISVILLE WATER IMPROVEMENTS FOR A $197,600 GRANT
  2. AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN CONTRACT WITH ARC FOR NATRON / LOUISVILLE BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS FOR $400,000 GRANT
