1.    Hearing on property located at 104 Terry Lane, owned by Francis Hurt:  Adopt a resolution giving the owner 30 days to clean the property
2.    Hearing on property located at 217 East John C. Stennis, owned by Johnny McNeal:  property has been boarded up & is in compliance
C.    Airport Projects: 
1.    Payment to Kemp Associates, LLC for $815.30 for the AIP 2014 project
2.    Acknowledge receipt of 2015 AIP Grant for $150,000.00 to construct access road, rehabilitate runway (design only), and update the Airport Layout Plan

E.    Authorize payment of the Docket of Claims for $110,416.21 for #13952-14194 March bills

P.    Set hourly pay rate for Court Clerk at $13.00 per hour
Q.   Hire part time Recreation employee at $9.00 effective immediately- enclosed
R.    Effective April 16, 2015, promote Karl Black, Mark Gregory, and Tonya McWhirter to Sergeant, and give pay raise from $16.35 to $16.58
S.    Effective April 16, 2015, promote Patrick Estes, Charlie Miller, and Perry Yates to Corporal, and give pay raise from $15.88 to $16.35
