- Authorize Mayor to give notice of ALL projects related to the PW-104, Alternate projects 2-12
- Winston Plywood & Veneer business
- Accept proposal for Project Manager from Broaddus & Associates for the HMGP Community Safe Room project. Other proposal received from Schaus Professional Services. enclosed
- Authorize the Mayor to sign the Statewide Mutual Aid Compact, SMAC, with the State of MS, all cities and counties, MEMA, and the Band of Choctaw Indians to work together to use all available resources during emergencies - emailed
- Accept recommendation of Zoning Board to rezone property owned by Winston Plywood, on Eiland Avenue, from R-1 to M-2, and adopt Zoning Ordinance 374
- Unclean Property Update: 880 Brooksville Road, owned by Jim Anderson, parcel 80-151262301 0400401, was cleaned by the owner and is in compliance
- Authorize payment to Roy Dickerson Dirt and Dozer for $3,000.00 for cleaning unclean property on 206 Thompson Street, owned by Sara E. Walker
- Accept bids on surplus property (enclosed):
- Tract 1, located on Metts Street, from William Hairston for $1,500.00
- Tract 2, from William Hairston for $500.00
- Declare as surplus property and give notice of sale of two cars-enclosed
- Transfer car from Police Department to Animal Control Department-enclosed
- Accept resignation of Police Officer, Mark Gregory, as of January 31, 2016
