C.    Adopt a resolution adjudicating $450.48, the cost of cleaning property at 201 West Poplar Drive, owned by Paula Mass, and enrolling the lien against the property
D.    Authorize payment to Clearwater Consultants for $18,880.00 for engineering on Airport 2015 Hangar project funded by MDOT MultiModal Grant which is a 50% match
E.    Authorize payment to MS Municipal Service Company for $48,096.00 (with discounts) for annual liability premium
F.    Request for Andy Taylor to attend the MS Chiefs’ of Police Winter Conference in Oxford on December 8-11, registration, meals and mileage
G.    Request for Johnnie Roy Haynes to attend the MS Fire Chiefs’ Conference in Ridgeland on January 19-21, registration, meals and mileage

I.     Discuss Comprehensive Plan

K.    Christmas Party to be held Tuesday, December 15 at 6:00 for City employees and families
L.    Holiday Schedule for Office: closed November 26-27, December 24-25, and January 1
M.   Holiday schedule for Landfill: closed November 26 for Thanksgiving and December 25 for Christmas;  Garbage pickup for those days will be changed to the Wednesday prior to the holiday
N.    Notice of Appointment to Housing Authority Board: Pauline Nicholson’s 5-year term ends January 1, 2016
