    1. Mike Forster: Accept Airport 2015 AIP Grant for $67,500 to update the master airport plan
    2. Airport: Authorize annual support of $7,500.00 to Louisville-Winston County Airport
    3. Justin McDonald:  Authorize Payments for Winston Plywood and Veneer
    4. Other business for Winston Plywood
    5. Authorize payment of $1,888.00 to MEMA Mitigation for safe rooms, and acknowledge a 50% share/reimbursement from Louisville Utilities of $944.00
    6. Accept low quote from Custom Products Corporation for street signs in the amount of $43,191.18 and authorize payment from G O Bond Construction Fund when project is completed.  Other quote is from G & C Supply Company for $49,999.20.
    7. Authorize payment of Docket of Claims #15409-15610 for  $124,913.15
    8. Acknowledge Zachery Madison as Public Defender
    9. Acknowledge training requests:
      1. Fire training for Robert Hutto in Gulfport,  September 30-October 1
      2. Fire Training for Jeff Franks in Pearl, October 5-15
      3. E911  meeting for Vera McCarty in Starkville on September 16
    10. Adopt Tax Resolution fixing tax levy at 23.0 mils and give authority to publish the tax levy
    11. Adopt agreement with Louisville Municipal Schools to collect school tax
    12. Adopt agreement with Winston County to collect taxes
    13. Adopt agreement with Winston County to collect mobile home and motor vehicle taxes
    14. Adopt Budget for 2015-2016 and authority to publish the condensed budget
    15. Fixed Asset Disposition
    16. Announce flu shot to be given on September 29 at 8:30
